To set, define, and communicate broadly American Chain
Link & Construction, Inc. policy concerning fair employment practices

American Chain Link & Construction, Inc. shall offer equal opportunity

All managers and supervisors of American Chain Link & Construction

record shall be made of such reminder. Evaluation of supervisors'
and managers' work performance will include a review of their adherence
to the Equal Opportunity Policy. Any person associated with the Company
who fails to comply fully with this policy will be properly disciplined. |
